HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON theGUILD eGALLERY:

After deciding what you wish to purchase, please call us at (262) 473-3373 to discuss the most cost effective and safest way to deliver your selection to your door. Then with your approval, we will add that cost to your item(s) and send you a confirmation email. You can then return to our eGallery and add your item(s) to your cart and check out. Our order process is secure, and all personal information submitted to us is kept in strict confidence, and is shared with no one outside of theGuild .

RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBERS/PROCEDURE

theGuild will accept returns on all products in NEW condition within 15 days of the delivery date, minus original shipping and handling fees, return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee, but only with prior authorization!

All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original gallery condition, including all packaging materials. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Please pack the products into their original box with plenty of packing material and place the original box in a shipping box and tape securely, and mark with this return address: theGuild ontheTriangle, 141 West Whitewater Street B, Whitewater, WI 53190. Make sure to ship your product back with proper insurance and with tracking. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit.

Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our shoppe.

No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization. You must call Guild Hall (262) 473-3373 to receive authorization to return any purchased item(s).

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

For your protection, theGuild purchases excess value coverage from our shipping vendors to ensure that the merchandise you ordered arrives undamaged or is covered. The charge for this coverage is INCLUDED in the delivery charge that we quote. If your shipment should arrive with damage, advise the carrier's representative that there is physical damage and follow their procedures. Please retain all shipping materials. A representative of the Carrier will contact you to make arrangements for viewing and assessing the damages In most cases, damaged merchandise is repaired locally. Also, please notify us at Guild Hall as soon as possible at (262) 472.3373, so that we assist where needed.
