Are all the artists on your site local? Mostly, yes. We always choose local artists before others in all mediums. We also accept regional artists. Many of our gift items in Guild Hall are from Coop Communities around the world. These items are handmade and Fair Trade. We are always thrilled to talk to new artisians and new wares, so please refer us to people you know. How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)? That depends a little on where you are located and how close that is to Guild Hall. The average order arrives at its destination within 3-4 days. What is your refund policy? Please see our store policies for complete refund information. How do I know my personal information is secure? Our commitment to your security is a top priority at theGuild. We employ the industry standard SSL encryption that all major internet storefronts use (such as Amazon.com). We hear a lot about the few mishaps in the system, but you don't often hear about the millions of transaction that take place flawlessly every day over the internet. To date, we have had no reports of any security problems with any of our customers. Do you give back to your community? A percent of theGuild's profits are donated to non-profits supporting the arts, women, children and animals. We select the recipients of our giving at the end of each year. We are always open to suggestions! We also are involved in the Whitewater community with children's programs.
